Reading This week's reading log's will be given to students Monday 10/29 and will be due Thursday 11/1. Students are expected to read for 30-45 minutes every night. Students will complete an activity related to their reading each night. Math Students will study partial quotients division. Monday- Home links 2-12 Tuesday- multiplication & division worksheet Wednesday- Home links 2-13 Thursday- Study Guide ***Home links books are to remain at home. Students will rip out their nightly homework and bring it to school on the day that is is due.*** Social Studies We will be completing a Second Step lesson about accepting differences. Students will also learn about Native Americans. On Fridays we study current events. Students have received the "Famous Dead People" project description and rubric this week. The rubric can be viewed under the "rubrics" tab on my website. The project will be due October 31, 2018.

Students will rip out their nightly homework and bring it to school on the day that is is due.*** Social Studies We will be completing a Second Step lesson about being assertive. Students will also learn about Christopher Columbus and assess if he is a hero or a villain. We will then design alternate holidays to replace Columbus Day. On Fridays we study current events.
